What are trade show balloons?
Trade show balloons are custom-shaped helium balloons and sealed-air inflatables used to make an exhibit booth visible from across the show floor. They range from simple advertising spheres to custom replicas of a product, mascot, or logo.
What sizes do you offer?
Indoor booth displays typically run 5 to 10 feet. For outdoor events, atriums, and halls with high ceilings we build larger advertising balloons and blimps in the 15 to 25 ft range. The right size depends on your booth type and the show’s height rules.
Can you make a custom shape of our product or logo?
Yes. Custom shapes are what we do most — feed bags, cans, hearts, light bulbs, mascots, and logo spheres among them. Send us your logo or product and we will tell you what translates well into an inflatable.
Are trade show balloons reusable?
Yes. Our balloons are welded polyurethane, which is durable and reusable event after event. That is a meaningful difference from disposable latex or thin imported PVC, which degrade quickly.
How long do they take to set up?
Most displays inflate and tether in under five minutes using helium or a blower, so setup does not eat into your move-in time.
What if our venue does not allow helium?
You still have options. A sealed-air inflatable is inflated by a small blower rather than helium, giving you similar size and visual impact with none of the helium logistics. Always check your exhibitor manual — helium rules vary by venue and by show.
What are they made of, and why polyurethane instead of PVC?
We manufacture in welded polyurethane. Compared with the thin PVC used in many imported balloons, polyurethane holds helium longer, tolerates heat better, and stands up to repeated setup and teardown.
How are the balloons anchored?
Indoor displays are usually tethered to a weighted base or anchored within your booth footprint. Ceiling suspension normally requires a rigging order through the venue and is often limited to island booths, so confirm the rules with show management first.
